What's In My Bag: Fall/Winter Edition

Hello there loves!

Firstly, i'd like to say I'm so sorry for the lack of posts the last couple weeks! Things have been super busy for me with work and life and just could set aside time for writing! But I'm back with a whole bunch of posts planned! 

Today I have planned a What's in My Bag: Fall/Winter Edition! I'm always super snoopy as to what people carry their purses! So I'll allow you to snoop through mine! You get the guided tour version!

My current bag is the Carlos Santana Fringe Shoulder Bag or the Steve Madden Black Fringe Cross Body.

Reading Material ( Lush Magazine at the moment!)

I always have a notebook, for thoughts and things.

Gum and Mints! Ice Breakers are the absolute best, great for when you feel kinda hungry.

Coin purse, cause I trying to fit all the change in my wallet. Currently have a kitty one.

Camera! Goes with me everywhere!

Hand sanitizer! For all the icky germs!

Receipts... theres always at least ten floating around in there.

Case for my headphones.

Body Sprays! I love the Victoria Secret ones, they're the best.

My makeup bag! (blue one) Contains all the exciting things like lipstick!

Snack bag, granola bars and stevia leaf sweetener and such.

Hand lotions, currently have 3 in there... not sure why to be honest...

Pens and pencils, for all the writing.

Charger and portable battery!

Lint brush, seriously get one in your bag! Outfit saver!

Clips, bobbi pins and brush!

Beauty Review: Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Rose

Hello!

I just bought the most lovely product a week ago and I have to share it with you!

The Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Rose, this is such a great product. It is basically a luxury tinted lip balm, and it is so gorgeous on the lips and is so moisturizing! It also is formulated with many ingredients that are so amazing and great for you lips! 

Now, this product comes in 13 different shades ranging from a clear to pinks to dark plum shades. This particular shade is a berry rose shade, on my lips it is the perfect your lips but better shade. In the swatch I have photographed it looks a bit orangy but in real life it more on the berry side. It retails  for $26 in Canada and you get 0.15 oz of product. It has amazing lasting power and is very moisturizing that last a good amount of time as well. It is very lightly pigmented due to the fact that is a tinted lip balm. Perfect for a quick makeup look or on the good, also if you prefer not to have a bold lip look. Definitely a great addition to your collection.

Beauty Review: Make Up For Ever Artist Shadows 1 Palette

Hello there!

I have another beauty review for you today!

I'll be reviewing the Make Up For Ever Artist Shadows Nudes 1 Palette, this is a super exciting one for me and this is the first product I have bought from this brand. 

So, first i'll show you all the swatches of the eyeshadows and then I will give you a little review of the overall palette.

I-528

A very shimmery cream color, perfect for highlight on the brow bone and inner corner.

I-514

Another very shimmery cream eyeshadow, more deeper in tone then the previous one.

ME-512

A shimmery light gold shade.

S-556

A shimmery deeper medium gold shade. Much darker shade then the previous one.

D-562

Even deeper shimmery gold shade, with bronze undertones.

ME-644

A demi frost taupe shade with traces of gold running through it.

S-102

A demi matte black shade.

I-544

A shimmery taupe bronze shade.

D-652

A shimmery deep bronze shade.

So this palette consists of 9 shades, all neutral shades. All either shimmery or demi matte/frost finishes. They are very pigmented and last beautifully. I wore the lightest gold shade with a primer underneath on a hike and it lasted all day with the hike. No creasing. I've wore them without a primer and the eyeshadows also last at least 10 hours before they crease. The palette retails for $49 with an estimated value of $156 if you were to buy them separately. I definitely think this is a palette you need to add to your collection, its perfect for makeup artists and makeup lovers alike.

Wearing a pretty bra and panties can give you so much more confidence! I know it sounds a bit out there, but honestly I know that if I wear some it gives me a little boost and makes me walk taller! Even if I know that on that particular day no one but me will see it, it just make me think "Yeah, I've got this and I know I look good!" Honestly, give it a try! You might feel silly at first, but just give yourself a quick good look over before you get dressed and tell yourself you look good!
