Bath Essentials

Hello!

I love a good bath, but I'm very specific on what goes into my bath. If I'm going to treat myself, I'm going to treat myself well. I also love trying new products, so my bath products are constantly changing up. But it's the same basic products each time, just different brands. I also need to be very careful on what goes into my bath, I deal with mild to moderate eczema pretty much all over my body. So I try to stick to things that won't break out my skin, but with me loving to try new products it can be a bit of a struggle. These current products in the picture below work very well on my skin. I totally recommend these to you, but keep in mind that just because something works well on my skin does not mean it will on yours.

I'll just list these in the order that I put the products into my bath!

To begin I always put in some sort of bubble bath, currently I'm enjoying the Soap and Glory Calm One Calm All Bubbling Bath Soak. I absolutely love this product, it smells so amazing. It is a soothing smell, not to sweet. Which is nice for a change, it is also helps calm down any breakouts I may be having at that time. I also enjoy to use a Bubble Bar from Lush, there great because they are super cheap! Bubble Bars also create a massive amount of bubbles that last ages! My personal favourite is The Comforter!

After that I put in some sort of Bath Soak, currently I am using the Calgon Ageless Bath Nourishing Milk Bath and The Body Shop Honeymania Bath Soak. Both leave my skin so soft and nourished, also both have amazing smells! The Calgon Soak is very soothing smell with a sweet underscent that isn't too strong. The Honeymania is a much sweeter sweet, but once again isn't too strong or overpowering! The Honeymania can also double as a Bubble Bath if you choose to use it as that.

The next step is to add a Body Oil, this is a new thing to me but Oh my! It really does make a difference! Seriously, if you haven't tried it before, you defiantly should! It helps sooth any angry red skin instantly and keeps it at bay for a while. It also helps to lock in any moisture. The one I am currently enjoying is the J.R. Watkins Body and Bath Oil in the Pomegranate version. Best one I used yet!

The final step is to put in a Lush Bath Bomb, this step is crucial and essential! Bath Bombs are seriously the best thing in creation, and I feel extremely sad if I don't have one for my bath! I love all the different ones that Lush sells, any one will do for me! These are also amazing because the help sooth my skin even more, and there is many amazing and healthy ingredients for your skin in each and every Bath Bomb. You really can't go wrong with one on these guys. Also they are super cheap! My personal favourite is the Sex Bath Bomb, Twilight Bath Bomb and the Sakura Bath Bomb! Seriously, if you haven't tried one yet, I recommend that you do!

Keep Dreaming! Then make those dreams a reality! x
