Best Feelings

Hello! 

I've been feeling sad and down on life the last couple days, but then today a old man and his wife came into my work and I served them their order but when I went to hand them their food he said to me "Thank you love, I really appreciate it"! It just gave me the best feeling, then they gave me a smile and continued on with their shopping! It just made me feel so happy, it inspired me to share with some of what I find to be the best emotional and physical feelings ever! I also want to apologize for the lack of post lately, life has just been all over the place! My anxiety has been up lately which makes it hard to do anything, I've also been working 5 days a week and trying to juggle to other aspects of my life! But i've got it all sorted out now, so there will be defiantly be more posts!

On with the blog post!

Emotional:
- Going the bed feeling excited.
-Making someone you love smile.
-Having someone call you "love" or "dear"
-Just feeling content with where you are right now.
-The longing after finishing a book series.
-Waking up knowing you have a free day to do anything you desire.
-Making someone laugh!
-Starting a vacation.
-Knowing you can sleep in the next morning.
-Being thankful for where you are, who's in your life and what your doing with your life at the moment.
-Making new friends!
-Hearing a favourite song come on the radio. 
-Being sad then someone makes an effort to turn you happy
-Being flirted with :)
-The excitement when you catch someone you fancy looking at you.
-When someone praises you on your hard work.
-Cleaning the entire house and the satisfaction of it.
-When you feel confident just because. 
-When you look in a mirror and think "hell yeah, I look good today and I don't care if someone else disagrees with me!"
-When someone tells you that they love you.
-The excitement when that long awaited text or phone call arrives.

Physical:
-Hugging someone.
-First kiss.
-Holding hands.
-Cuddling.
-Someone wiping away your tears.
-Taking the first sip of a hot drink. 
-Digging into a favourite meal.
-First sip of water while your thirsty.
-Stepping into a hot bath.
-The feel of holding a new book.
-Freshly moisturized skin.
-Laying down onto your bed after a long day.
-Getting all the knots of your hair.
-Applying a face mask.
- A Massage.
-Scratching a itch (you were thinking it too!)
-Jumping into a cool pool.
-Picking up a warm mug.
-Typing on a computer.
-Changing into pyjamas.
-Applying makeup.


Keep dreaming and make those dreams a reality! x
